UK PROBATE COSTS & FEES
Current charges made by the Probate Registry which do not include any solicitors fees for dealing with the matter on behalf of a client are as follows:-
- £90.00 for a personal application
- No fee is charged if the estate is under £5,000.00
- £1.00 for each copy of the grant issued
- £40.00 if the application is made by a solicitor
